Origins: Natural hybrid from Mexico
Bloom: Intermediate, compound inflorescence producing many bracts ranging in color from reds to oranges to yellows. Produces purple flowers
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 2 hours as necessary. Grows well in a pot of fast draining medium
A natural hybrid discovered near Chiapas, Mexico that primarily resembles flabellata. Grows quite large and does best in a hanging basket of moss or a pot of bark.
