Bloom: Fluffy pink inflorescence and bract with white flowers
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light, partial direct light okay
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, ideally allowing plant to dry same day. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary
Tillandsia Houston is a natural hybrid Mark Dimmitt found, and when he moved on from Tillandsias, Paul Isley and Rainforest Flora ended up with most of his plants. In the case of Tillandsia Stupendo, Paul took a plant of Mark’s and made it so much cooler. This hybrid has denser leaf stacking, thicker wider leaves, and an inflated bract that really pops. Grows larger than either parent, nice big open rosette
