Tillandsia stricta Silver Star

Origins: All over South America, West Indies

Bloom: One fluffy pink bract that produces purple tri-petaled flowers

Ideal for: Indoors/Outdoors

Light: Strong indirect and/or filtered light

Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.  Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary

Smaller growing stricta with soft, gray, upright leaves and a small almost cone shaped floral bract that is soft pink and produces small purple flowers

Please note they are towards the end of their bloom, most flowers are spent
