Light: Strong indirect or partial direct light.
Water: Spray or dunk once a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary. As it is a pseudobulb, make sure the plant is given adequate air flow to dry
Like other bulbous species, pseudobaileyi is a myrmecophyte, meaning in nature it plays host to colonies of small critters like ants in the large spaces under the basal leaves. This is a good species to mount sideways or upside down to avoid rotting. Pretty slow growing
