Origins: Created by Ray Lemieux at Tropiflora

Bloom: Large, compound inflorescence with many large pink bracts and purple flowers

Light: Strong indirect light or filtered light, partial direct light okay

Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.  Soak monthly to rehydrate up to an hour as necessary.  Be sure to dry the center of the plant completely if you fully submerge it in water to avoid rotting

This is truly one of my top 10 favorite plants in my collection. Such an incredible combination of two great species, definitely showing the best traits of both.  On a heavy fertilizer program, this plant can be a monster; I’ve seen it produce over 10 bracts putting on quite a show

Flowering plant in photo is only an example, but this pup available is the 1st pup of this exact plant
