Origins: Peru
Bloom: Short, simple inflorescence with purple bracts and rose colored flowers
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light, some direct light okay
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 2 hours as necessary. Keep on the drier side during cold season
This is a thinner form of paleacea with wavy leaves and quickly grows into chains/clumps. This grows well in a bright area with good air flow, here in San Diego I can grow it in full sun as is true of the other forms of paleacea.
