Origins: Hybrid by Rene Dofitas
Bloom: Short compound, slightly capitate inflorescence with red bract scapes and bracts that show yellows and reds. Purple tubular flowers
Light: Strong indirect and/or filtered light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 2 hours as necessary, ensuring it dries thoroughly after soaking, especially in the base
This is a highly sought after hybrid. Plant has general bulbosa shape but holds a year round rich red color in the long glaborous wavy leaves. Can grow quite large given the parentage, sometimes reaching 18" long. The floral bracts emerge slightly from the colorful scapes but stay tight to the peduncle. This is a real rarity and a collector must have so grab it while you can!
