Origins: John Arden Hybrid
Bloom: Intermediate compound inflorescence with a reddish-pink stem and scapes, and bracts that produce pinks and reds and yellows. Spike recurves slightly, rarely grows straight
Light: Strong indirect and/or filtered light, some direct light okay
Water: Spray twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary. As with anything that has xerographica in the name, be sure to thoroughly dry base to avoid rotting
T. leucolepis is rarely available as a species, and it's rarely seen in hybrids. John made a lot of unusual crosses, this being among the most unusual. The leaves have a deep purple hue and are slightly lepidote. Has a mostly open rosette but recurves slightly as leucolepis does
