Bloom: Red inflorescence and bracts with purple tubular flowers
Ideal for: Outdoors
Light: Indirect light, filtered light, and/or shade
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary
A grassy type species, festucoides is bright and soft, with a beautiful splash of color during bloom. With stronger indirect light, leaves will blush red. Not recommended for indoors due to its thin leaves and desire for strong moisture and air flow.
