Origins: Natural hybrid found in Mexico and Guatemala
Bloom: Intermediate compound inflorescence with many pink to red bracts and purple tubular flowers
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak for up to 2 hours as necessary to rehydrate during hotter and drier months. Be sure to dry inside and base thoroughly if you soak to avoid rot
This is a beautiful natural hybrid that varies quite a bit in appearance; some having much more of one parent seemingly than the other which isn't always the case in primary hybrids. Some specimens grow to 18" tall, with a semi bulbous to bulbous base and leaves that recurve and hang down as the plant matures
