Origins: Credited to Bill Timm but not registered
Bloom: Large compound inflorescence with a long peduncle and many deep red bracts that produce purple tubular flowers
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 2 hours as necessary
When I first got this hybrid, I was pleasantly surprised. The color in the leaves is deep and rich, the bloom is over 18" tall and the color in the bracts is even richer. Grows pretty large given domingensis is a relatively small plant.
