Origins: Manmade hybrid
Bloom: Beautiful bloomspike that transitions from red at the base to yellow at the tip of the bract with purple tubular flowers. A more mature plant will produce several bracts during bloom, a younger plant may only produce one
Ideal for: Outdoors
Light: Strong indirect, filtered, and/or partial direct light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak for up to 4 hours as necessary to rehydrate during hotter and drier months
A nice hybrid with stiff, lemon-lime leaves that blush nicely during bloom like its seed parent, and a nice, rosette shape with slightly recurving leaves like the pollen parent acostae. Good for a nice sunny or well lit spot and will pup well after a bloom
