Bloom: Large compound inflorescence with deep purple bracts and dark purple flowers
Light: Strong indirect light, partial direct light
Water: Spray or dunk once a week, allow to dry between waterings. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary
This plant is similar to true Tillandsia cereicola in most ways, except the leaves are softer, more lepidote, and overall lighter gray in appearance. Still a large growing, stoloniferous plant with a showy bloom
