I am listing this as what it was sold to me as, but I can't verify the genetics, particularly the capitata parentage (listed as the seed parent). It has long, slender leaves that drape well below the base of the plant, very much like balbisiana. This is a species that seems to get particularly thirsty, I would treat it like a mesic (tropical) species
