Origins: Created by Pam Koide

Bloom: Short, compound inflorescence producing multiple pink to red bracts and purple tubular flowers

Light: Strong indirect light or filtered light

This is an interesting hybrid because in ehlersiana hybrids, ehlersiana tends to really dominate the physical appearance of the hybrid.  In this case, several features of concolor are present; semi-open rosette, stiff, semi brittle leaves, and multiple long red bracts during bloom.  The plant and bracts are semi-lepidote, leaves are channeled, and it has a semi bublous base like ehlersiana.
