There is a lot of confusion and mix up between abdita, braedeana, and brachycaulos. All are very similar in appearance when not in bloom, and at various times each has been classified as a result of their likeness. These abdita will hold their color year round when getting strong light, including some direct sun. This is the nicest form of abdita I've ever seen
Plants available are coloring up nicely but they are not yet as vibrant as what is pictured; with strong filtered light they are going to continue to color up and hold that color year round
