Water: Spray twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours.  Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary (may not be an option if you pot it, simply try and spray more frequently during warm and dry months.  Will require daily waterings during the summer)

Formerly in the genus Tillandsia, this unique plant was reclassified several years ago along with the other night bloomers.  This species likes cool, moderate temperatures, good air flow, and frequent moisture.  Produces white fragrant flowers that only bloom at night from a pretty unique bloom structure.  Rarely see this one for sale! Does best mounted
