This variety is quite larger than its counterpart in Ecuador, but not quite as fuzzy. This species likes full sun and must dry out between waterings to avoid rot. The dense trichomes help absorb scarce moisture while also protecting from the strong sun. Absolutely stunning as it gets larger, eclipsing the size of a human head!
