Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Not a good species to soak as a mature specimen as it has a large bulbous base that can easily trap water
This species has a large bulbous base and is covered densely in trichomes which help protect it from the sun. In cultivation they stay fairly small, but some can get to 18" in height. A must have for any collector. Used frequently for hybrids for its unique shape
