Origins: Cultivar of purpurea from Bird Rock Tropicals
Bloom: Intermediate compound inflorescence with several purple bracts and white flowers with a purple band. Very fragrant
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light, some direct light okay
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 2 hours as necessary
This cultivar of purpurea is very caulescent, with longer, softer leaves than most purpureas. Bloom is a little longer than other forms of purpurea, but the fragrance is hard to miss.
