Origins: Tehuacan and Oaxaca, Mexico
Bloom: Long, compound inflorescence with many short faint reddish/purple bracts and purple flowers
Light: Strong indirect or filtered light
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary
Similar to juncea and others, this is a grassy-like species with long, thin, wispy leaves. Leaves are a brighter green than juncea which is more grey-green. Leaves can grow over 12" long and can form fun, funky clumps
