Origins: Manmade hybrid (M. Dimmitt)
Bloom: Long compound inflorescence with purple/reddish bracts. Unfortunately not fragrant like duratii
Light: Strong indirect light or filtered light
Ideal for: Indoors/Outdoors
Water: Spray or dunk once a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak monthly to rehydrate up to 4 hours as necessary
Awesome hybrid that mostly resembles duratii in the foliage. Does not grow long like duratii, stays relatively compact with thick leaves that recurve slightly at the tips. Didisticha shows itself much more in the bloom, where many bracts shoot off and recurve slightly with a nice scurf.
